I did alot of other things during the summer, but to sum it up, I mostly read, played video games, and did some geo cacheing.
When I say I played video games, I mean alot. I love video games and they have sparked my intrest in technology. Some of the different games I played are the Witcher 2 Assasin of Kings,Dark Souls, and a little Battlefield 3.
The Witcher is one of the best games I have ever played. It is based on a book series by the Polish author Andrzej Sapkowsk. I have read the book, and unlike other things, the game is extremely well adapted to the game.

Dark Souls is a game like no other. In current day society, we are constantly given things without really trying very hard. That is true also with video games. The player is constantly going toward a goal of "get this new item or weapon" as a form of accomplishment. This game however is like the old nes games that were frustratingly hard. Progression through the game is extremely satisfying and it just feels awsome. Anyone who wants a challenge should definately try this game out.

Reading is another of my favorite things to do. I was given a book called "The Name of the Wind about two years ago for christmas. I decided ot pick it up and read it, and I was sucked in. It was such a great book, I read it faster than any book ive ever read. After a few weeks, I picked up the 2nd book and am reading it now. If you want a book like the Lord of the Rings then I would reccomend you read this.

If you like scavenger hunting, and love the outdoors, then you should geo-cache. Basicly, people leave these "caches" where you can use a gps to find the general area of where they are. And once you find them, you write you name in the log and leave something in there. They can range from the size of a shoebox to the size of an eraser. If you want to learn more, visit geocaching.com
